I think responsibility motives me the most. Responsibility is very important for all the employees. Since I am a member of this company, I should do my job well. That's my responsibility. Then, loyalty is another factor motivates me. I keep telling myself that if I want my job be stable, I need to be loyal to my company, because none but the company develops, I can develop.

What does motivate you will depend on your background and work experiences, but try to make your motivation relevant to what the position can provide. For example if the job requires you to work in relative isolation do not give "working with other people" as a motivation!
