No Sugar. Just great foods with sugar in them. LIke carrots, onions, broccoli, homemade wheat bread, rice, cottage cheese, cheese, potatoes, yams, bananas, apples, etc.
The GREASTEST health problem in the world today is added sugar. Fat people, diabetics and on and on.
We are a lazy spoiled people and we are living the great lie. Chocolate and candy and ice cream with no limits.
