SERVICES MARKETING
The economy of every countr is divided in to three basic sectors these are primary sector(include agri.and related businesses),secondary (i.e manufacturing) and Teritory ( i.e services) .The contribution of service sectore in national income shows the country is under developed if services sector contributes lowest share,country is developing if services contribute average and in developed country share of service sectore is high as compair to other sectors.
so now days every country trying to promote service sector in there country. It leads to developement of new concept i.e services marketing . for marketing of services the old 4ps of marketing is not sufficient due to mature of services varies from nature of goods.for the marketing of services mackeinzy 7 s framework is useful.
Before going for the marketing of services marketing manager or relative person have to study the nature and characteristics of services very well.before designing marketing strategy for marketing of services we have to study about that particular service.
services having some common characteristics like intangibility,heterogenit,spontanious production,necessiyt of presence of both parties for delivering and receiving services etc. all these charcteristics shows that services varies with time to time ,person to person,n storage of services is impossible.
The characteristics of services is self explanatory how they are important to take into consideration in services marketing.
