at first you should download upgrade form internet.then copy upgrade file to your usb flash memori. after that turn off your reciver (it is very important to turning off yopur reciver because in this mode your chanels list wont chang after updating) and plug in your flash memory to your satlite and then turn on .a window will apear .select
the frimware upgrad file and press ok.after all reciver reboot aoutomaticlly.
