I am a 43, year old male from the UK with an interest in the food and culture of Hong Kong. I have just finished a BA Degree in Literature and I am currently trying to put this to good use by writing a book about Hong Kong. I have travelled extensively throughout Asia and have picked up a wealth of information on the way. I studied as a Chef in the UK so food is a big passion of mine. I love Asia and in particular Hong Kong which i have visited many times so feel qualified to write and answer any questions relating to the food and culture here.
