Want to sell autographs by bid if my last bid is not high enough do I have to accept and sell the item?

[Edit]

Answer

It depends on how you set it up ahead of time. If you establish a minimum starting bid, it is the same as saying you won't take less than this amount. If the understanding is that an item will go to the highest bidder, you may have a problem going back on the sale after the fact.
