What Age Should A 32 Year Old Start Dating?
- 25 up depending on their maturity level.
- The rule of thumb is your age divided in half, plus seven. So as a 32 year-old, you could go as young as 23 (as far as older, that is up to you and them). But in the end it depends on the person and their maturity.
The half+7 rule is only if you want to be socially aceptible. If you are going to date do it all the way!

The 1/2+7 rule: would mean that every 2 years a man can move up one model year.
If you are 30. 1/2 is 15+7=22. In two years you will be 32. 1/2 is 16+7=23. Your girl is now 24! One year to old for you! Time to move up one!
