The forces under the UNC (United Nations Command) were from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Ethiopia, France, Greece, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Phillipines, South Africa, Republic of Korea, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States.

The forces which actually fought on the communist side were the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and China, with support from the Soviet Union.
