there are no good pill suggestions. Listen hun whoever you are. pills wont help you be healthier. and that is the whole point of dieting so people can see how healthy and beautiful you are. no pill or shake can help you with that one. good, healthy balanced meals and exercising every day, now that is some good advice. i lost thirty pounds doing it. so believe it and deal with it. but most importantly love you're self for who you. there is no such thing as under weight or over weight. all there is is you're weight. plus weight is just he force of gravity pulling you to earth.. now why would be care about measuring that?

I've tried almost any pills that you can think of and NONE OF THEM worked. Have you ever considered patch-method diets? I am the type of person that doesn't like taking pills. They seem too...concentrated for me. Anyways, I do have a suggestion. I have been on this product for about 4 months now, called the "apple patch diet". It looks like a really crappy infomercial-type product, and I only tried it because I got it free with something else. I ended up falling in love with the results! which are: energy increase, higher activity level, about 12 pounds lost, and a general healthier feeling.
