this could be because othere electrical items are close by like a mobile phone or sterio
THIS IS SAMMY, HERE.Since I asked the question, I should share the answer which I BELIEVE I've found.
it was caused by my having checked 'FLEXIBLE BUTTONS". After I unchecked it, my screen seem to be back to normal. So unless you know what this '" FLEXIBLE BUTTONS' option is, leave it unchecked.
I got to this option by right clicking on my browser then properties. Thanks !
