A different take on your question; rednesss can be caused by not using enough lubrication during sex. If you are masturbating, lack of lubrication also. And even with lubrication, mastubating too many times in one day can cause redness ( like 5 times a day or more ). Also, while you are masturbating, your penis fills with blood ( that's what makes it hard ), If you are stroking it too roughly or sqeezeing it to hard, you could rupture tiny blood vessels that would make your penis red.
