Yea, mine did that. I had to replace it. Hope you've been going through the sync process regularly.

You might want to check the charger. If it's not working your palm might be ok, just a dead battery. Also check the pins to make sure they aren't bent. If the charger can't connect you palm will never charge. Other than that, either send it in to get it repaired or get a new one.
