What do you do if your wife cheats on you?

You need to ask yourself a couple questions first

(1) Do you want a divorce?

(2) Do you think that you could work past the fact that your wife cheated on you?

If you want a divorce, then by all means follow the first guys advise. Confront her at work. But keep in mind that if you do that, then your marriage is OVER with no hope of correcting it. But before you did that, you need to collect proof. So get your cell phone records and credit card reciepts. You would want to prove adultery. This would result in a quicker divorce and less hassle when it comes to settlement.

However, if you are like me and really LOVE your wife then I would go a different route. I would confront her at home. Tell her that you know that she has been cheating and with whom. Ask her if she wants a divorce. If she says yes then stop right there and start packing. If she says no then you need to talk it out.

I recently caught my wife cheating on me (married 7 years, 2 kids). We talked it out and are currently trying to make a go of it. Keep in mind that statistically speaking, only about 30% of marriages survive after one of the partners were caught cheating. It isn't going to be a easy road and I am afraid that the trust that you once had for your wife is now gone. That will be the hardest thing to deal with.
