What does Nyangoma mean?

[Edit]
I can manage Sangoma (Spiritualist) and Nyanga (Herbalist) but Nyangoma sounds odd.
Anyone else?
Is this perhaps 'Lion King' vocabulary?

In most bantu languanges "ngoma" means musik, "nya" most likely ( Iam not quite sure) means place. In this case "Nyangoma" would mean a place, where musik is played.
