It's not a real word and even the correct spelling is questionable. The Urban dictionary can't seem to decide exactly what it means. It says it is a word used to describe somebody who has a very large double chin. Another page says 'jaboni' is used as a racial epithet. I'd guess in your example it is being used to replace the "N" word.
