This is a great place to ask this question, because the answers that I give will use caring for a vehicle analogies. First of all and I've been known to be long winded, so I'll be as brief as possible, but you must follow along and read completely before you start analyzing, or you're wasting your time. What you have been taught, you must forget!...temporarily.

1st). If you let your car run 24hrs a day, it will not last long. Repairs will be almost impossible; imagine trying to put in oil with it still running, etc. Without rest and without time for maintenance and repairs, you shorten the life span exponentially(and who knows how much), it runs increasingly rough, and eventually breaks down/dies.....before it had too, if you'd taken better care. 1a) So if it takes the body 24hrs to totally break down one meal, and it does;(contrary to what we've been taught/told)if you eat more than once a day, you're over tasking the body. 2nd). All foods have a degree of poisons, some more than others. If the car manufacturer says it should get 97 octane then that's what you give it, not 87. Those cars that ask for 87 where built to handle 87. Cows, horses, chickens and other farm and domestic animals digestive systems can handle certain foods,they where made to, we where not. If we eat them we will digest some of them, eventually, but the body will be damaged in the process. Just like a car, in time, that gets the wrong octane of gas. Most foods are good, all have poisons, so time from eating(fasting)helps to get the poisons out of the system that normal disgestion and distribution and waste removal could not get rid of. Eat in moderation.

No furthur explanation will be given due to time, but here is the rest of the answer! DO NOT EAT NUTS. DO NOT EAT PIG. DO NOT EAT BEEF DO NOT EAT CHICKEN. DO NOT EAT SCAVENGERS OF THE SEA, CLAMS,CRABS,LOBSTER, (SHELL FISH)ETC. DO NOT EAT SWEET POTATOES, AND NOT TOO MANY WHITE POTATOES UNLESS YOU LIVE IN FRIGID ZONES. DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL. DO NOT SMOKE.

THE PEA NAVY BEAN IS THE ONLY BEAN THAT SHOULD BE EATEN. THE SMALL GREEN PEA IS THE ONLY PEA THAT SHOULD BE EATEN.

EAT ONLY FISH THAT DOES NOT GET TO BE OVER 10-15 POUNDS LARGE. AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE. (WITHIN THE ABOVE SPECIFIED BOUNDARIES, SMILE)

WITH THIS BASIC WAY OF EATING, YOU ASURE YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE EATING TO LIVE AND NOT DIE. AND THAT YOU ARE NOT JUST LIVING TO EAT, WHICH WILL KILL YOU, EVENTUALLY, SLOWLY AND MOST TIMES PAINFULLY.
