What if your unit is on a re-supply mission During a roadside ambush one of your Airmen is wounded Since you're still under fire you evacuate the wounded Airman using?

[Edit]

You do not evacuate under fire. You return fire, then attempt to stop all life-threatening bleeding. Combat casualty care should not be performed until the area has been secured. You simply will not have time to safely evaluate potential c-spine injuries prior to movement until the threat has been suppressed.
