lose a bunch of weight and eventually they will get fat (probably, at least), and once you're the skinny one you can make fun of them...sweet justice.

get them wasted and leave them in the middle of a field in another state with their leg chained to an oil well and a saw lying next to it, and leave them a note saying they have a lethal poison in them and they only have 2 hours to get to the antidote. on the note, leave them a map saying where the antidote is, only there is no antidote. the map takes them to mcdonald's, and you're waiting there with a big grin on your face.
