Answer
Never been to India myself so I don't know the climit. Computers must be in a cool place or the processor will over heat. With these new technologies all you need is a comfortable chair with a remote keyboard and mouse with a nice size screen and you will be in heaven. No direct sunlight should ever be on the screen.
Answer
My father is from India, and we make trips as often as we can. My Uncle is a computer programmer there, and he suggests this: As far as dust is concerned, it is an unfortunate reality that India tends to have more dust in the air than other places. Thus, one would be wise to place a towel (not damp, must be 100% dry) on top of the monitor. This will stop unwanted dust clogs. Make it something rather thin, like a hanky. This way, heat can still escape, but the dust remains out. Also, if you can, don't put your back to a window. The relfecting light will put a tremendous strain on your eyes (anyone who has been there for a day knows how bright the sun is in India). These, coupled with the prior answers should have you set. If there is anything I missed, please post everyone!
Answer
Find a place not too sunny nor not too dark. Make sure thee is no direct sunlight that reflects off of anything from your computer. such as speakers, monitors, the computer itself. Leave your computer somewhere where its not al cramped up. Put it at a place where it has decentair circulation because that'll help cool down the computer and decrase the amount of dust settling on your computer. And just make sure everything is in reaching distance. =]
