A easy way for me was to eat 5 small meals a day and for the ugly belly fat do situps every night.

If I knew that I'd be very, very wealthy. Weight loss is a multi-billion dollar industry in the US, and there seem to be no simple solutions. Here's my best shot at it: Limit portions, eat more fruits and vegetables (without added fat) and increase your exercise moderatly, say by walking an extra half hour per day. These solutions will probably work best if you're still under 30 (with a relatively fast metabolism).

The easiest way for me was to eliminate breakfast,eat a lean cuisine or similar frozen meal for lunch with a salad on the side with lo-cal dressing.You could also have a turkey sandwich or some sort of low fat meat sandwich in substitution for the frozen meal.(6 inch sandwich at subway works too but eliminate the salad if doing this) .then have a normal dinner like 8 oz chicken breast broiled or 4 oz of red meat with rice or baked potato and lots of veggies.drink plenty of water and try to find some sort of activity after meals,like a walk or even some housework just to burn some of those calories.if you follow this all week you'll be able to let yourself slide a bit on the weekends and still lose 3-5 pounds a week.
