Answer
well acc. to wht i hv read and learnt EXTERNAL customer is one who works in an organisation, and buys the services of it to add services to internal customer care service. like what we call team-work.
I think an internal customer is someone who buys a good or a service from a firm which is operating in the domestic market and an external customer is someone who buys a good or a service from abroad.
I'm not very sure of this so you ought to check it out from somewhere else to confirm
Internal and External customer(s)
internal customer(s)is from within an organisation eg. a person or group of people already in the employ of the same organsation, external customer(s) is a person or group of people or another company or entity, not in the employ of the organisation.
