WHAT IS IT???
SMEGMA is a thick secretion consisting of mostly of "dead cells" that resembles a whiteish substance that is found under the foreskin of an uncircumsized penis or around the female clitoris. I'm not sure if it caused by a virus or lack of hygeine, but it is usually cured by applying prescription cream.
