What is the average speed of a football? |

[Edit]
If someone is running with it, the football goes as fast as the ball carrier goes. If the ball carrier is running 10 mph, the ball is also moving at that speed relative to the ground. I don't know how fast place kicks and punts go. A good NFL quarterback can throw a football about 45 mph.
