What is the common relation shared between Science and hindu mythology?

The fact is that science and hindu mythology are intimately bound up with each other. As science as well as mythology cannot survive without each other.their very existence is possible only because of the relation bshared between them which is believed to be fake!

Hindu mythology is built on the belief that the world (universe) goes through multiple cycles, and each cycle is extremely long. there are some approaches to cosmology (not the ones best supported by observation at this point) that maintain repeated universal cycles not unlike those of Hindu mythology.
