What is the difference between a Baptist and an Anglican?

[Edit]
Since they are both sects, or variations on the protestantism faith, from an outsider's point of view it's like Tweedledee and Tweedledum ... except that the Baptists seem to be less tolerant of homosexuals and tend to have louder services.

Below is a list of Baptist beliefs. I can't find one that an Anglican would disagree with except that you could be baptized with just a few drops of water.

What Baptists believe

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was born a Virgin birth. He was sinless and taught us the way of Salvation and Love. That way is by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. You must admit you are a sinner and ask Jesus to forgive you of those sins. We believe that he is faithful and will wash you clean. By Grace through faith you are saved. We believe that works do not save you but is an outward sign of salvation. Baptism is by immersion, and is a sign that you have accepted Jesus as your Saviour. Baptism is not necessary for salvation. Church membership is not necessary for salvation. The Holy Bible is the inspired infallible word of God. Jesus was crucified, died, and rose again on the 3rd day. He was seen and touched, by hundreds of people and is the living Son of God. We believe in the Trinity. God, the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. We believe in the Lord's Supper and take it when the Holy Spirit leads us to do so. Anyone who is a Baptized believer can take the Lord's Supper. We believe that every human is born a sinner, and needs salvation once they reach the age where they are held accountable for those sins. There is only one way to heaven and that is through Jesus who is the only Son of God. Jesus himself said, " I am the way, the truth and the life". We also believe the Old Testament is the word of God as is the New Testament. We live today under the New Testament law. We believe in Heaven & Hell. We believe that God does not want anyone to go to Hell, and has provided a way around it. That way is Jesus, and all are welcome, to knock at the door and Jesus will open it. We do not believe there are multiple ways to be saved. Jesus is the only way, and if not, then he was a liar. Rejection of Jesus will lead to separation from God, ie "Hell". We do not believe Buddha, Mohammad, Krishna, or any other man, is the way of salvation, redemption, or whatever you call it. Jesus was the only Son of God, Messiah, and he is the only way. God loved the world and all it's people so very much that he sent his only Son the be killed, so that every single human being then, now, and in the future, can be saved. That is the definition of Love. God is Love.
