In: Baking
[Edit]
Powdered Cocoa is a powder made from cacao seeds after they have been fermented, roasted, shelled, ground, and freed of most of their fat. It is used mostly in baking and making fudge, but can be used to make hot chocolate.

Cocoa Mix is this mixture of cocoa powder, dry milk and sugar. It is combined with cold or boiling water to make a cold or hot, chocolate-flavored beverage.
