What is the easiest way to lose 52 pounds in three months? |
[Edit] |
Answer
Yikes. Are you hoping for as much loose skin and body damage as possible or what? Even losing 10lbs in a month is kind of pushing it. I'm no doctor but you could probably lose 40 lbs in three months and still be relatively okay (again, it would depend on your age, original weight, etc.)
You need to eat a whole lot less (but you can't starve yourself because your body will "fight" you and you won't lose weight after the first few pounds). Try the South Beach Diet (IF it is medically sound for you). Its the most realistic diet I've found easy to maintain afterwards. People typically lose 10 lbs during the first two weeks. Also, to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time (like they did on The Biggest Loser), you're talking at least two hours of cardio a day and one hour of weights every other day. Building muscle will help to burn fat faster too.
CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING SUCH A MASSIVE WEIGHT LOSS PLAN!
Good luck!
