Answer
I can't find any firearm with this name in my references. Is it perhaps FALCO? That's an Italian manufacturer with no current US imports. To a collector or shooter, FAIR indicates a gun that has little or no original finish and may be in need of repair, so if that is really the condition of your gun, it is worth $10 - $15 if you can find someone who needs it for parts. Assuming that it is in useable condition, a .22 single shot is probably worth around $75 - $100 unless it is some special target rifle.
