The largest bird of prey is the Andean Condor (Vultur Gryphus) wingspan around 12 feet (4 meters)

The above answer would only POSSIBLY be correct for an ornithologist-bird specialist Such a person MIGHT say that, but because currently the placement of the Andean Condor is in dispute it's not the best answer, and considering the LIKELY TRUE INTENT of the question, it's wrong.
For the rest of the world, The largest bird of prey is either the Philipine Eagle or the Harpy Eagle. One is larger based on dimensions, the other is bigger based on total body weight.
To those who do NOT make a living studying birds, a "bird of prey" is something that actively hunts its prey is renowned for its eyesight, flying speed, incredible talons. It is the iconic feathered hunter.
To mention a vulture any vulture new or old world as an answer avoids the LIKELY TRUE INTENT of the question.
