What is the maximum safe pool temperature for swimming and exercising?

[Edit]

Depending on how long you are in the pool 98.6 degrees is the optimum safety temperature. Water draws body heat very quickly if it is too low and it can raise your core temperature if it is higher than 98.6. It is all related to how long you are in the pool though.

Answer

The average swimming temperature should be around 25 degrees celsius. I wouldn't go over 28-30 degrees celsius.
