Southern term... my backside! This is a word used north and south. In fact, people have been talking about Lollygagging for over 800 years as the term has been used and passed on. Over the years, the meaning has changed a bit but the joy of the word has stayed the same. I just love calling a person a lollygagger.... Good times!
